Hello Everyone
We have started using IP phones on our Mitel 5000 Version 2.4 phone system. We are unable to place international calls, we get a fast busy signal when attempting the call. We are able to make international calls from the digital phones from the same location / phone system. Thanks in advance for any help given.

Go into Associated Extensions for your IP phone extensions and see what trunk group they are using for Outgoing Extension. Compare that to the trunk group that the digital phones are using and make sure they have outgoing access on that trunk group. If it is ARS (92000), then you'll possibly have to trace it out a little more in Route Group and Facility Group programming.
Also, you can check the keymap programming on the IP phones. The outgoing button might be programmed to access a trunk group directly instead of the outgoing feature code (8), which references the outgoing extension in the associated extensions.
