If you already have sufficient spares, I believe it is a better boat anchor UNLESS it is a Small processor with 48 ports enabled in licensing. Still, other than whatever VM is included, you can't add user mailboxes.
NEC is closing up in North America and you won't be able to get licensing for add ons if needed. So no new mailboxes, IP channels, SIP trunks.

Not true on licensing. IF you are on a CP20 licensing will be available. Til I think 2030..then that's it. End of this year no more anything but licensing.

I received an EOLupdate yesterday from NEC and retract what I wrote about add on licensing. March 31, 2030 is the cut off for that.
Actually bothered to read it this time lol...

It will be a good system for you . I have an old SV8100 here at home on IP trunks and IP phones works well.
