We have a retirement home using the Mobile extension on both an Android & iOS device. It seems that we can't get either device to keep the app running in the background, so some calls are getting missed. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep the app running in the background & not go to sleep?

Try this for Android:
Press and HOLD the App icon.
Tap the (i) in the upper right (Info Button)
Scroll to Battery
Select Unrestricted
I image iProduct is similar.
