I have not worked on one of these for many years now. Stuck in the Mitel world :-) Customer is saying that they can only get a 10 second voicemail message. I don't have the PC Admin software and really not sure where to look first. I think I may have installed this originally but would have been early to mid 2000's. Any help is appreciated and if someone might want to share the admin software, that would be awesome.

The LG ipLDK software will not work with the SBX. Not sure where you would get the software, unless Vertical can provide it.

I would check with Hoosier Equipment Brokers (317-788-6920). They are a factory-sponsored distribution and support unit which I've worked with for years. I'm sure that if they can't help you, they can at get you headed in the right direction.

There is a known issue with the on board voice mail/AA filling up and not taking extended messages. Have you tried HEB tech support? I can't remember the fix action to clear the VM memory.
