Have a customer that needs to record their radios to the cloud and we are having trouble figuring out how to set this up the radio system puts out an analog signal but its just an open analaog signal. (it doesnt ring and answer like an analog phone line does)
trying to figure out best way to get this to record on cloud pbx recording

Interesting question - you would think there must be some kind of VOX detection available in a cloud storage platform. You could probably even get text transcription to make it searchable...
I just don't know specifically where to find it!

I remember two names from back in the day. Intelligent Recording and Exacom. I'd start with Exacom first.
The Intelligent system actually was primitive in that it plugged into the handset. I remember their logo, but I don't see much of the evolution into a modern system.
The Exacom is heavily touted in a search engine.
