Anybody able to decipher:

5000 8504 12/04 12:00:13 00:02:11 OT 17782654556*2468#7

In particular, how could the station group be calling out?

OT, I thought was outbound transfer, but that doesn't really make sense. in this context.

TIA,

W

If this is like most raw SMDR data I've seen, the 5000 could just be a sequence number. Without knowing the headings for each column, or which SMDR collector you're using, it's difficult to say. Do other lines begin with 5000?

Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

5000 is in the extension column and is a station (ring) group. Shouldn't be able to make an outbound call from it.

8504 is the trunk number
next is date/ time
OT is the process, in this case outgoing transfer
finally the number called.

Customer reports the extension used to make the call and it was 3503 which doesn't show up at all in the smdr info.....

Hoping for someone with specific Samsung SMDR knowledge might be able to help out.
