Help
Customer can't call in from outside to get VM messages. When they dial a ext the responce is Not set up for remote access
Any thoughts

Is it possible they don't have a mailbox password set? I believe IPO blocks external access unless that password exists.

Probably in IP Office mode instead of Intuity mode.

That is played until the user records name in mailbox (if memory is working properly)
