Hello all-
We have a customer that has been a very good data side customer of ours for years that would like us to do some work on their Inter-tel Axxess system. I don't want them to go back to their current vendor whom they are unhappy with.
Can somebody assist me and give me guidance as to where to start?

Is it a CPU or CPC in slot 8 of the first cabinet? This is the first place to start to see how old it really is.

Warning be very careful.....If that system has not had the memory battery replaced and you pull the CPU card all programming will be lost and make the system inoperable.
