Is there a way to export AA greetings?
I see there is a "Voice Processor Save" feature in the DB Studio program, but each time I try to export an AA greeting I get this error message:
"The voice processor I/O device that was specified is not valid. Please specify another device."
How do I specify a different voice processor?
Is there another way to accomplish this?
Thanks,
David

We use the voicemail features that are included with our Inter Tel 5000. We're running version 2.1.2.40.
Thanks,

It defaults to the U drive and that should work fine. Take a thumb drive remove anything you want to keep put it in the front USB port of the 5000 try the save again it should work. That backup will have all the audio out of the system

Thanks MVSpeed.
It's so obvious once you know what the U drive is...
For search purposes, the USB drive needs to be formatted as FAT. This process failed when I tried a USB drive formatted FAT32.
