we have an older access system, running system version 8.224

We have calls setup to go to a front reception area and then if not answered to go to a back reception area. i need to change the routing of a couple to take them off and add another one. where and how do i go about doing that.
Im mainly a toshiba tech so this system while simple enough is so simple its confusing to me.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Are you using POTS lines or DID's?

Do several phones ring in the reception area or just one?

If it's several, then you want to look at Hunt Groups - Members. You can add and remove different phones in there. Once the calls go to the back reception area, this could be the recall destination of the original hunt group which is probably a hunt group in it's own right.

If not, then the ring-in destination may be just a single phone with a forwarding path programmed to ring the back reception area after x amount of rings.

They are DID's

Several phones ring in the reception area.

So if im following what you said,in the hunt group i see the one for the line i working on its labeled New inbound.
its labeled as ext 2006, i click on it and look at memebers it shows 2 extensions, P0000 and P0003. P0003 is both reception areas. I still need that group for another incoming line so would i be correct by thinking i need to remove the P0003 and create another one with the new ones i need to have ring and add it there?
