I just took a position with a company that has an Inter-Tel. My background is primarily Nortel and Avaya with some Hitachi mixed in.
This is going to be a fun new learning experience for me. Luckily there is a guy here that knows the system.
I have downloaded all the doc's. we have an Inter-tel Axxess.
