For those can answer the questions, thanks in advance.
Is it possible with the mitel 5000 and/or axxess, while in an acd group, when it is time to play the recording saying "all agents are busy". To set up the cra to allow the caller to do all the things that a cra could normally do.
In the old executone ids system, in acd groups, there was limited options, while hearing a greeting, to dial for a vmail box, dial the operator, go to another acd group. While keeping your place in the acd group, unless you dialed to another location.
I don't have the opportunity to experiment very much. I was hoping someone hear has tried or knows and has used it someplace.

You can set digit translations in the Announcement and Overflow CRAs. Maybe add a couple of seconds of pause to allow callers to dial their selection.

Thanks for the reply. Sooo, callers in a hunt group, can get a message saying if you are tired of waiting, here are some options. But keep the caller in the que in the proper order, unless dial an option?
