Hey all,

I have a non-profit with a 3000 installed 3 years ago. Client reports that she has been able to access programming before (a few weeks ago)utilizing station 20 with default code with no problems. She states that she tried to access again using the same phone and code but the system says "Program Refused". I am trying to help them out pro bono due to their financial state. I would very much appreciate some Tech Tips on this before I have to go on site. Thanks in advance...
