Ok let me give you guys the scenario. Someone calls into our system and is greeted with an application. One of the digit translations (4) leads to hunt group. When they choose option 4 it says "Transferring to extension 2003" - I don't want it to say that. I want it to either just start ringing on the hunt group or I want to record something there instead of the extension, how do I accomplish this?
Second question: If no one answers the hunt group there's an overflow that dumps to a call routing announcement that dumps into an unassigned mailbox (1200). Is there a way for me to program a button on our phones to directly check this mailbox and light up when it has a message?

1. Create an Extension ID for the Hunt Group and uncheck Auto Attendant Transfer Prompt.
2. You can't have 1200 light a button on everybody's phone but you can have it notify any extension that you like. Change the Message Notification Station in that particular mailbox. You can then access it like any other mailbox.

Got it! Awesome, thank you very much.
As far as the second thing goes, I know that I can have it notify a single station, problem was I was hoping to have several stations able to notice and pick up voice mail for this particular VM box.

Can't have it notify multiple stations unfortunately. You could set up remote notification to a hunt group that rings multiple stations if a message is left but that's about it.

The Xarios Application Server can light multiple message lights for a single mailbox. Any chance you guys have that running somewhere, toolbox?
