I have a client that has a INTERTEL 5000 system with 2.3 software. All working internally and users can make outgoing calls. Lines are not ringing in when called.

Can you call out? How many lines do you have? Do you have access to database programming so you can see what the trunk access number are? Have you called the provider and asked if the line tests good? Do you have call keys or direct line appearance?

I’d try a reboot from the front panel. Version 2 is known to have funky issues.
