I have installed an options card in my access 9 system and added a "on hold plus 8000" unit

We have some salsa music playing though the unit.
I am getting compaints that the music quiality is not that great.
It does seem a bit metalic.
It also seems to play better in one hunt group than another HG.
Is there any settings for MOH I can tweek to improve the sound quality?

Is the cable used Mono or Stereo? Axxess requires a MONO cable, A stereo cable will have a low and distorted sound

Also check your input level. Too high of an input level will distort the audio.
