Does anyone know the flag that is responsible for allowing an extension to receiving another call while on the phone? Currently, when someone is in an active call and another party rings in it goes directly to voicemail versus giving the user the option to pick up the incoming call. Thanks for any help!

It is in the System Forwarding Path for the extension having the problem. Uncheck 'Busy' and you should be all set.

I also uncheck "DND" so DND Override can be used.

Queue as in hunt group calls?
It doesn’t – hunt group calls don’t follow the station forward path.
