Hey guys. I have an MP3 device connected to the MOH port on the back of my Intertel 5000 system. Music on hold works fine but when calling in, wheather internal or external, the Music On Hold would play for 2 seconds before it rings. Is there a way to fix this so when someone calls, it just rings and music on hold would play when someone is on hold? Thanks in advance.

You'll need to trace how the calls ring in, and check the MOH setting for each step along the way.
I normally select Use Next Device’s Audio Source at the Trunk Group and go from there.

Where can I check the MOH setting? Is it done on the DB Studio? Thanks.

It is done in DB Programming. It is done in a ton of places. On the trunks and every device it hits along the way to final destination.
