Hey Everyone,

I'm trying to create a ring all number for some tenants here in our building. I've created an extension list and applied all phones that reside on that node however I have a couple phones in their area that reside on a different node. Is there any way to add off-node devices to a local extension list? Or is there a way to create a phantom device that points to the off-node devices and associate that with the hunt group? The way I've created ring all's in the past is create an extension list, create a hunt group that uses the extension list. Then I use the hunt group number to call that extension list. I've also applied phantom devices to the hunt group and extension lists in the past as well. Is this best practice for creating a ring all type number?

Any help is appreciated!

Create a Hunt Group Member extension list, not a keyset extension list. You'll be able to add the off-node devices.

If it's ACD, you'll need Remote ACD licenses for both nodes. UCD isn't a problem.

Create an Extension List like you mentioned but instead of choosing Keyset or Station, choose Hunt Group Members. That will allow you to add keysets and keyset off-node devices.

You will be limited to 30 stations.
