Posting this under inter-tel since it really is an intertel system with mitel name on it. My remote phones and remote clal forwarding (follw me) is dropping calls after about 10 minutes. the calls function fine for about 10 minutes then they drop. I thought it was an IP think but it is happening when we use dynamic extensions to an outside LD numbers. Have not tried local numbers yet to see if it does the same thing or not. Any thoughts?

Go to System\Timers and Limits\Unsupervised CO timer and max it out to 255 minutes.

I changed the adondoned call timer to 15 instead of 10 that is the only timer i see that is related to 10 minute mark thus far. It has to be a timing issue.
