Axxess Version 11.0
When calling into our main number, I get the day route app. I press # to do a directory search. Then pick first or last name, enter in the name, find it, press # to confirm. For a standard available extension, it works, but if the extension is immediately forwarded through a system forwarding path to a different call route app, it won't complete the transfer. It goes back to the day route app. If I have it ring an extension first, then the app, it works fine. If I call the main number and dial the extension directly, it works fine. :confused:
Any ideas?
