I'm getting a restricted Trunk error when trying to forward 51900-51967 phantom extensions. But 51967 is able to forward to an outside number which has me thrown off. I can't find anywhere under trunk information to add this range of extensions.
Some guidance greatly appreciated.

Start with: CO Trunk Group / Outgoing Access
There should be an extension list; make sure the phantoms are included.

if you just created these phantoms then by default the outgoing trunk group in the assoc. ext's of each new ext. is 9201. So if you arent using 9201 for your trunking then you need to go and change that to ARS or whatever your TG # happens to be. easiest way is to copy from an ext that you know works.

CO Trunk Group / Outgoing Access did the trick. Thanks! That was an oversight on my part when searching. Next question is Attendant Console is showing these Phantom Extensions with yellow telephone icons, they do not have the circle with cross through it representing an unplugged line. I am now able to forward but the icons are throwing me off thinking something may still be wrong in programming.
