I use the Auto Reporter function of Reporter (Customer Service Manager V5). The application is running on a machine with the Outlook application open. If I run and email a report manually, the email shows in the Sent folder. This is not the case with reports run using Auto Reporter. No email is found in the Sent folder. Earlier versions of Outlook has an Add On to allow the use of 3rd party applications to send email. This machine is running MS Office 2010 (it did the same thing using MS Office 2007) and I see no such option :bang: . Does anyone have an idea what could be causing the issue? There are times when it would be really nice to be able to pull an email out of the Sent folder.

I need to revive this topic. I've recreated the mail account used, reinstalled Outlook, done everything I can consider, no luck. No emails generated using the AutoReporter show in the sent box.
Can anyone help?

I use Click-Yes Pro to auto send form Reporter to Outlook and it palces a sent item for all e-mails.

Do the email messages appear anywhere, such as being be held in the Outbox?
I'll second using Click-Yes.
