We have 2 Axxess systems v8.2 connected via IP networking. Alarm 16 keeps poppin up on the admin phone. We defaulted and reuploaded the database to no avail.

This was a bug with 8.2 software.
Program the systems to force a reset every night and the problem will go away. Separate the resets by about a half-hour, so they won’t have trouble finding each other while booting up – maybe 3:00 am for Node 1 and 3:30 am for Node 2.
