Hey guys,
Having an issue here. Have a phantom extension, forwarded to a trunk line. Added the extension ID, but dialing the extension number from the AA results in "please hold while your call is being transferred to extension number...." "i'm sorry, extension number xxxx is not available"
What am I missing? I have ensured that the CRA has outbound call privileges for the trunk group. Don't know what else to check.
