3-cabinet system.

All keysets on DKSC-16 on slot 22 are having an issue with hearing ringback. When dialing (either IC or CO) they are saying they cannot hear keypress tones and cannot hear anything until the call connects on the other end (the called party answers.)

All stations on all cabinets are set to 'Ringback' for "Audio for Calls Ringing this Device," although I doubt that would affect CO calls anyway.

My next step would be to pull and reseat the card to reset it, but I'm trying to diagnose the issue without taking the card offline, as we almost always have at least one circuit busy. Any ideas?
