is there a way to change where the extension recalls to on timeout. currently ours ring back to the front desk.

Held calls recall to the extension that placed it on hold until the recall timer expires. Then the call is routed to that station's attendant if there is one. The attendant value is programmed at: System\Devices and Feature Codes\Stations\Specific Station\Associated Extension\Attendant.
