i have a user who is trying to call another of our branches to a user there on a spicific DID at the other end. this end is a Axxess 9.15 and the other end is a 5200 with v2.3 running. this is only affecting 1 extension. at the Axxess end the phone never rings the other end and at the 5200 end it rings 1 time and disconnects.
any ideas? thanks for your help.

Is this a DID number or an intercom call between nodes?

Is the user initiating the call from the Axxess calling out via PRI? If so, what is the Calling Party Number he/she is sending out from their extension?
Go into the 5000 and make sure this number isn't being blocked in the Call Routing Tables.
A quick test would be to change the Calling Party Number on the extension in question to that of another extension that is known working. Make a test call and see if you're having the same issues.

in logging in to the 5000. it is ringing a DID that is assigned to HG 2002. that rings the application 2508 and uses the attendant 3000. on no answer it goes to mailbox 198. i do not see it bloocked in the call routing tables any where. i changed the Calling Party Number in the Axxess system to match mine and still no change.
strange one.
