That looks like them.
Good question, as far as I know all handsets are using their own extensions and not sharing. I thought these were just for making an RJ11 fit an RJ45 port, but was intriged by the 'Secondary' and 'Master' differences.
So, do we really need these?

Do the phones have an 8p8c (rj45) on the bottom ? if so you do need them but if not I think a standard line cord should work fine but dont take my word for it try it out first. I dont know UK product and I thought that the phones were a standard across the world but I could be wrong. Either way those adapters are for sharing an ext and you should only need the master version unless you are going to share ext's

The phones are terminated with an RJ11.

Then I would guess you dont need the adaptors. In the states the center two pins on the connector pins 4,5 or 3,6 for rj11 are always used by telco. I am going to bet its the same for you did you try it with a regular line cord?
