i use a single CSS server for call reporting and a couple of my sites are in different time zones. is there a way to set this on the CSS server or do i just have to edit the time that the report is set to send in automated call reporting? (currently the way i am makeing it work.) thanks, Mike

CSS and CSM do not have the capability to separate time zone information. All information is stored with the time stamp of the local server. This is very frustrating for users, especially when Mitel has no plans to make any such changes. They claim there is not enough interest in the option to make it worth their time to work on. Their answer is to setup a completely independent server (and licenses) in each office. That is not an economically sensible thing to do.
