how do I get printed trunk reports on the Inter-Tel 5000. The 5000 does not have buffered SMDR. Any ideas

You can enable the SMDR socket then use the Diagnostic Monitor utility to collect call info real-time and log that to a text file. Diagnostic Monitor can be installed when Session Manager is installed.
