Is there a way to auto logon - logoff ACD agents from their respective ACD Groups Daily?
cs5200's v3.0 v4.0 and v5.0 are the systems that i am wanting to utalize this on.

Do you use any CTI software on the agents desktops like UC Express, CallViewer or other? If so, you can use a script (AutoIT or AutoHotKey) to automatically log them out each day at a specific time.
If you have none of the above, the phone system would have to at least have SYSTEM OAI license so a custom app could be used to logout the fore mentioned agents.
