Mitel 5000 When a call comes in, the display will show all but the last digit. Users also report that when the number is given by the voice mail envelope, it will give all but the last digit. Any way to fix this?

I would start by putting a Caller ID box directly on the line, to determine if the carrier is sending it correctly.
If it tests okay, you could try adjusting the Caller ID timers under System / Timers and Limits.

You can try this too: System/Timers and Limits, change the "LS/GS Caller-ID Relay Hold timer to 3900 and the "LS/GS Caller-ID Ring Hold" timer to 2 If that doesn't help Do what DND ON says. A CID box will show what the telco is sending.
