Hi,
I have this number denied to be dial from InterTel 1XXX5551212. If I try to dial it I get RESTRICTED OUTSIDE NUMBER. I check under Classes of Service and all the company extensions are there. We received our Monthly bill and I still see the number been dial.
How can someone still call a number that is restricted?
Thanks, Benito

If every station including single lines is in the Class of Service with the denied numbers, the only other thing I can think of is remote notification in a mailbox.
You can add the Message Notifacation/Retrieval application in the denied numbers Class of Service as well. In fact, I would go in there and include everything you possibly can including trunks, phantoms, IP endpoints, etc. Also, make sure that you have added them both in day and in night.
