You will have to find one that has 'NONE' where the extension number should be and add the new extension there. Each Digitel Keyset Station Card can have only 8 or 16 circuits depending on which type you have.

Ok, it appears that i have no NONE entries on the Digital Keyset 16 Cards. Can i change 136 to 137 since nobody is using that extensions?

I'm not quite sure what a 1502 key is. You can change 136 to 137 but for that you will have to do it on the list of stations. Your other option would be to change the circuit to NONE and then change it back and make it 137 on the card itself.
