Have an Intertel Axxess 9.1 System. When dialing our other office location that has a Toshiba system it sometimes does not recognize the key presses when dialing an extension. I believe it may have something to do with DTMF? settings within the Intertel system? I recall we had this issue before and had a service vendor come and resolve it, but it somehow has returned. It's hit or miss also, somtimes when dialing it works fine, others it doesn't recognize any key presses. Where can I check/modify settings in session manager?
Thank you in advance!

You can adjust the DTMF Digit Duration/Pause timer. Default is 60. Whenever I've had this problem, adjusting it to 100 or 120 seems to have worked the best for me.
