I am running axcess 11.x.
We have a couple Hunt Groups with repeating anouncements every 20 sec.
I have the anouncement app (call routing anouncemnt) set to play the message and if they press 1 it goes to VM if they do nothing it puts them back into the hunt.
I have the timeout option set to transfer to ext, and I entered the hunt group number.
Does that mean they are moveing into the hunt as a new caller, put to the back of the line?

I think I found my answer, had to change timeout to hangup. Then I seem to rejoin the hunt and keep my place in line.
