We found the following error message on v. 6.009 after we had a unscheduled reset. Can anyone explain this?
-01:098- 02:27 04-04 M3000 INF EG CP Minor Reset: Reset Button
We are also seeing the following message that started appearing 2 days ago. Thoughts as to whether teh card needs replacing or the handset, as this is happening on 6 phones on the same card.
-01:121- 02:27 04-04 M5063 WRN HW SS [1.8.1]: Output Queue Overflow Error From Digital Keyset Device
The system is about 4 hours away, and i really don't want to drive out there...
Thank you all

Error code 5063 indicates communication issues between the keyset and the card. It could be caused by the phone, the wiring, or the card itself.
If six phones on the same card are having problems, I think you’ve answered your own question.
The 3000 error is caused by someone resetting the system. End user trying to be helpful?

Thanks DND for the info. No idea why someone would be in the office at 2:30am in our industry. Looks like the backhand of common sense is going to have to pay someone a visit.
Thanks for the help again.

One last thing DND
Do you know of a weblink that lists these error codes, or are they in the programming manual? Just trying to be able to solve my own problems...

Is the time correct on the system?
There is a Message Print Diagnostic Manual that lists the codes; they're not in the admin or programming manuals. I'm not aware of a link, but who knows what you'll find on the interwebs.
