Intertel 8.1
DB studio 1.51

Keyset: 8520

When an outside call is placed and the extension is pressed, some phones ring once and go straight to VM. Another phone does not ring at all (both state user name of phone ext)and sends the outside call to VM. One phone will actually ring multiple times and then go to VM.

After going through DB Studio everything looks setup the same for the batch extensions in question.

I can provide more information as needed. I looked around the forums prior to posting as well.

Thank you for any tips or something to trigger the brain!

Have you checked the system forwarding paths of the extensions in question?

Also, when you double click the value, the settings (Ring principal Once, Station-busy, Station -DND) are all set the same too

Are any of the extensions in questions manually forwarded? What are the digit translations in the CRA that outside callers hit? Can you give examples of extension numbers that are working fine and some that are not?

How/where do I look to verify if the ext is manually forwarded? I am new to all of this. Under flags 'manually forward to public network' is marked yes, but the 3 ext's mentioned prior are as well.

I do not know what 'digital translations in the CRA means'. Over my head, sorry. I did google search etc. But no luck.
