This needs to be moved to Intertel.
But just for the record, I don't know Intertel, but I do know you can do this with Avaya IPO. And would be surprised if Intertel can't.

No, hunt group calls will not route off-site.
The correct way to do this is with IP phones or softphones, so the agents can log in and out of an ACD hunt group.

Will this work if the user has a phantom device and uses Personal Call Router (or whatever they are calling it now)? The Twining feature could be used.
