Simple question from a clueless tech.
For our Axxess system, we currently use the 550.2255 16 port DKSC cards.
I need to buy an 8-port card... is that the 550.2200? And, is there anything important (chip version?) that I may need to know when I go off to find one? (I've seen them on other sites as the "INTER-TEL DKSC 550.2200 826.4004-4 CARD..." but I don't know if the "826.4004-4" is important to us or not?
Any enlightenment appreciated as always. Thanks!

550.2200 is the right part number. Not sure what the 826.4004-4 refers to, either. Maybe it's a firmware version? I can check the card on my system at home tonight. What version is your Axxess?

The software reports 11.004... but if you're asking about the hardware version, you'll have to point me in the right direction to find the information.
What I may do is go ahead and get that card... they don't seem to be overly expensive... and make sure that there is a return policy involved, just in case.
Thanks!

Hm... well, got the 550.2200 DKSC installed... but Axxess is reporting that there isn't card installed in the slot. The card is powered and plugged up, but not seen.
And now that I'm looking at the cards, the only thing I note of difference is the others are DKSC16+, and this only says DKSC.
Geez... wrong card? Thoughts?
Thanks!

You have to tell the programming what card is in the slot.
