You can get it through the network. You must enable SMDR under Sockets in DB Programming. You can capture it via Diagnostic Monitor which should have loaded when you loaded the Session Manager, unless of course you need it for another call accounting software or the like.

We are useing Equitrac to send the smdr to. Is the session manager you are talking about the new call center suits. If so we are not useing that. We are sending raw smdr to Equitrac.

You must have access to the phone system programming to ensure that SMDR is enabled. It is not by default. This is a proprietary software called Session Manager in some versions. Since you are using an HX5000 you may be using a more recent software called Mitel System and Diagnostics Programming. If you do not have this software, you will need to get it from your vendor.
I am unfamiliar with Equitrac but I'm sure you would just put in the IP address of the phone system when asked where it will be receiving its SMDR data at that point.
