Sun Com phone service uses 9 for local and 8 for long distant. Redial sends only 10 digits on local calls leaving off the last digit of the phone number. sys v-6.00 .How can I get all digits out. It does work if I dial with a speed dial.

Not sure of exactly what the problem might be, but you can try adjusting the Area Flags.
System / Numbering Plan / Area Flags. Record what they currently are, then modify to Yes, Yes, No, Yes, No.
If that has a negative effect on dialing, change them back.
You could also play with Absorbed Digits under CO Trunk Groups / Toll Restriction.
