I have a customer that is having an issue, and short of re-installing the CPS system on the server, I have tried everything else. When the system reboots, the ICP Service will not start automatically. I seem to have to go in and manually start the service. this is 8.232 running a CPS Server, A VPU Server and a CTI Server. it is absolutely driving me nuts. Can anyone help with some suggestions? Thank you

Maybe a silly question, but is the service set to start automatically?

The ICP service should be set to manual and the ICP Watchguard service should be set to automatic.
