Customer out of state with a 512 and CPS. One of their 8560's is just constantly ringing. I guess this can happen when a secondary extension key is deleted while it's ringing - she says this did not happen. It happened 2 years ago at the same site and after a few days it stopped.
I had her default the phone and set it to reset tomorrow morning. Have any of you had a problem with a phone constantly just ringing with no caller? While I was on the phone with her, she put me on speaker and I could hear the ringing.

She said it doesn't say anything. When they open I will call and ask if the reset helped.

Resetting the system cleared it.
