Hello,
I have a few IP Phones on my axxess 11.x system that complain of not hearing the caller or being heard.
Seems to be both internal and external calls. Other phones on the same cards seem to be ok. Sometimes a reboot of the phone helps but then sometimes it comes back.
Is there a setting on the phones that I may need to clear?
All the network settings seem to be the same as other phones w/o this issue.
I just swapped a phone out will see if that helps. I changed the MAC address in the DB to match so all the programming settings are the same only a unit has changed. So will let me know if programming of unit issue.

Update, Changing the phone did not help. It seemed to be related to the headset.
I defaulted the phone, and toggled the headset on/off and seems to be staying ok.
But I have at least one other phone with same issue and no headset. Unfortunatly the phone is in costa rica and they wotn send me out to look at it.
