On the Merlin Legned System on Analog stations I went to Ext -> VoiceSignl -> EXT # -> enter the number but doesn't voice when station is busy. Does anyone know if I missed a step or if I have to do anything else to get Voice Ann. to work.

If its a single line analog phone it will not receive voice pages. It needs to be a system phone. Hope this helps dtmf

On the legend system with analog phones you have to use 2 station ports in order to use voice anounce to busy. The ports have to be next to each other (example phone on ID 12; anouncement port has to be ID13. It has been awhile since I have done this but I believe the wbr/brw pair has to be wire to the t/r of the anouncement port. Hope this help you.
