Can someone please verify for me whether or not the VS Mail pulls the time/date stamp directly from the phone system, or can you program the Time/Date stamp directly in vm programming? Thanks!

The vs comes from the telephone system. Set your time for auto daylight saving and you will be alright. I assume you are talking about a Partner system.
