Does anyone know why the Night Service button would mess up the time and date on this system. It is integrated with an Octel Aria 250 voicemail system.
I am trying to send calls during the day from the attendant phone to voicemail. The receptionist is gone and the office manager wants to divert all calls on the 800 number to the voicemail. But when I put the Night Service button on the attendant phone all Hell broke loose and I had to talk someone thru on site to do a restore from the weekly backup.
Any info on the Night Service button for this Release and Version would be appreciated.
Thanks

What happened when you put the night on. Also why don't you just forward the Recpt. calls to the VMS instead of putting the night on? just wondering.

I had a client have the same problem! I had to talk them through a restore also. Maybe a lingering Y2K issue!! They had a Legend V3 or 4.
