I had a friend who used to stretch pennies so far that he actually made his own copper wire. Knowing him, it was probably 30AWG!

How come there's always enough time to go back and fix it a second time?

Oh, I forgot. From my end, we are safe until they raise beer prices.

I don't get it; everything we need or enjoy is being taxed or otherwise jacked out of sight with regard to pricing.

When is this going to end? Sounds like a depression is in order.

Thanks, Mr. Clinton.

I hate to tell you, but the dramatic increase in gasoline prices, lumber prices, steel prices, and copper prices, is directly caused by the Iraq invasion and the attempt to rebuild that sad country. The increase in the cost of those commodities is affecting all other sectors as manufacturing expenses go through the roof. Place the blame on Bush where it belongs.

Maybe you havent noticed lately but those prices all started going up except gas long before iraq and Bush, From your tone it sounds like you just have a hatred for Bush but I think if you do a little more looking into America's trade with other countries you would see its not political but just plain economics and a fact of life (be thankful we dont life in Europe). Our great country has done so much exporting (including mining) and not enough importing that it is taking its toll now. Oh and by the way copper started going up when we closed the copper mills here.

We all need to look a little closer at our founding fathers dictates case in point, We are not supposed to be a democracy we are supposed to be a republic "a democracy is no different than a monarcy and is destined to destroy it self"

I just realized I am rambling so I am going to stop there (thanks ev for letting me borrow your soap box)
